Anytime you visit www.tutnod.com or access our Platform and/or Services through this website, any other platforms, and/or mobile applications (collectively “Website”), you may voluntarily provide us with information about yourself and your use of our Website. We also have the capacity to obtain information about you, your behavior and the use of our Website.
Personal Information means information that pertains to you and your use of the Website and/or Services, which you provide on the Website or we access through the Website anytime during your visit and use of the Website. They include, without limitation, information you provide to us at the time of registering as a user on the Website and/or when contacting us through any channel.
Personal information will include your name, address, (including physical and/or electronic addresses), telephone number, payment information and any other information that we have the capacity to access while you use the Platform and/or the Services such as your behavior and/or activities during your visit to our Website.

As a registered Supplier, we will require certain information on the Items you wish to list on our Website for rental. Such information will include the description and condition of the Item(s), retail price of the item, rental price of the item and at least four (4 )clear and accurate images of the item you wish to list.

Special offers, competitions and surveys:
You provide your personal information to us when you participate in special offers, competitions, and surveys. Such personal information may include name, shipping address and demographic information. Passive Data are non-identifiable information about Website users. They are aggregate technical information such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, screen resolution, browser language, and type, internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time stamp, clickstream data, operating systems, demographic information, etc. We track technical information based on your behavior and activities on our Website such as your movements around the Website, amount of time spent on web pages, sections of the Website most visited and used, count users who visit web pages and other related website statistics. Passive Data help us understand your interests and behaviors, analyse trends, and improve our Services to you.
When you download or use our mobile application (App), we receive information about your mobile device. We register your device and may use the this to send you push notifications about your transactions with our Services.
We use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics to analyse and evaluate your use of the Website, compile reports and receive data. You may opt out from certain data collection by emailing our customer support at email@example.com . Please note however that you may be unable to use the full features of the Website and/or Service upon opting out.

Jurisdiction of use, transfer and processing
The Website and Services are operated in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and your Personal Information collected on our Website and Services is stored in UAE. We may nonetheless transfer, store and process your Personal Information in another jurisdiction. It is important for you to know that the laws governing the collection, use, transfer, sharing and processing of your Personal Information may not be as protective as those in your country of residence or jurisdiction. By using this Website, you irrevocably and unconditionally consent to collection, use, transfer, and processing in the UAE and elsewhere.
